The end of a long stretch of patrols for the Conglomerate Navy, Higgins is the most lawless part of the Spin – only because they know what the word means.

To go past Higgins is ill-advised. While there are some small, private hubs that may exist in the black past Higgins, they are just as likely to shoot you down than allow you to land.

If you’re looking for illicit goods, jobs where no one asks about your past or need to build yourself back up from nothing, Higgins is a good start. The only thing that matters on Higgins is whether or not you can do the job you’re being paid to do.
